Payment Policy:
All Major Credit Cards Accepted Via PayPal or Stripe.
PayPal is the default payment method for Feistan spray tan appointments. You can use any major credit card with or without a PayPal account. PayPal eChecks take 5-7 days to clear for spray tan appointments.
Stripe is the default payment method for Feistan At Home products. You can use any major credit card with or without a Stripe account.
Shipping Policy for Feistan At Home:
Sales tax will be applied to orders from New York.
We ship within the 48 Contiguous United States, 2nd day priority via the United States Postal Service.
We ship to Australia, Canada and select countries in Europe via either DHL or the United States Postal Service.
Delivery to Alaska or Hawaii is Not available at the current time.
No P.O. Box Delivery.
We will ship to APO/FPO address’s as long as it’s a confirmed Stripe payment processing address.
Shipping days does not count the day the order was placed as part of the shipping time frame. Counted shipping days do not include holidays, or weekends, only business days. For many major markets, the actual number of days may vary based on origin, destination and customs delays.
United States Deliveries - We do our best to ship within 2 business days of approved payment via the United States Postal Service. Sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to United States Postal Service holidays and United States Postal Service hours, closures such as Sundays, shipments can be delayed up to 10 business days. Expected but not guaranteed delivery is 2 to 4 business days.
Customers with Addresses Outside of the 48 Contiguous United States:

Sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to DHL and/or the United States Postal Service holidays and service hours, closures such as Sundays, shipments can be delayed up to 10 business days. Expected but not guaranteed delivery is 5 to 15 business days depending upon what part of the world you live.
USPS or DHL Tracking Numbers will be provided on all orders. Limitations may apply for certain destinations.
If an item is returned to us as undeliverable, or returned to us due to an incorrect, or missing delivery information listed when the buyer inputs the information on our online ordering and sales form, we will charge the original shipping fee plus an additional shipping fee to reship the item. If you prefer to cancel your order that was returned as undeliverable, we will refund you the original paid product cost minus the shipping fees incurred to us.
Return Policy:
Feistan At Home products are Not eligible for return regardless if the product is opened or unopened, except for defects in the solution or workmanship, to be determined by Feistan. Feistan At Home Products are Not eligible for return if you ordered the wrong product. The integrity of our products can't be guaranteed by us, once you have taken possession, therefore we cannot resell these items. Feistan At Home products are of a very high quality and freshness.
Feistan can't guarantee individual results as personal skin types and other conditions and application techniques can affect the outcome of the developed color and tan, which also includes the gradual fading and wear of the tan. Examples of things that can affect the tanning process, wear and fading include but are not limited to: An individuals medications, skin preparation, amount of product applied, following of our directions, stress, female cycles, hormonal changes, life changes, product amount applied, wait time before showering off the bronzer, life changes, environmental changes, life styles etc.
